The native land of wine which our ancestors drank from time immemorial, scientists name coast of Caspian sea where there lived Persians. People of the ancient world made the history, singing of divine grapes and enjoying taste of its rewandering juice. Later, having called in assistants to great gods of Dionisa and Bahusa, Greeks and Romans besides have mastered a way of cooking and wine insisting.
Almost all tribes and the people have learnt to "extract" alcohol. The Australian natives prepared an intoxicated drink, crushing in a mouth special plants and decanting a saliva in tubs. In snow Greenland drank broth from meat of the deer fattened by poisonous mushrooms. Such concept as "sobriety - norm of a life", seemingly, the mankind did not know never, but also the alcoholism, apparently, was the phenomenon rare. In the Ancient Greece, Rome and Byzantium, for example, drank only the diluted wine - in the ratio one part of wine to three parts of water.
